Formación

• Experience in property management or maintenance coordination preferred.
• Property Meld experience required.
• Professional and reliable with high integrity.
• Comfortable with remote work and virtual tools.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests via Property Meld.
• Coordinate with owners, tenants, and vendors to schedule maintenance.
• Assess damages and gather vendor estimates for approval.
• Follow up with stakeholders for satisfaction on completed work.
• Maintain accurate records of requests and communications.
• Help organize and prioritize tasks for efficiency.
