A property management firm is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations for residential properties. The ideal candidate is proactive and skilled in tenant relations with at least 2 years of experience. Responsibilities include managing maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and providing administrative support. This is a full-time remote position offering a salary based on experience.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience, preferably in US-based companies.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities are required.
• Light bookkeeping experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors.
• Receive, dispatch, and manage maintenance requests.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues with residents.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely completion of work orders.
• Draft lease agreements and communicate updates.
