Capgemini, partnered with Farmers (FBS) to manage learning systems, seeks a Learning Operations specialist to support LMS activities. You will handle tickets, data governance, and new functionality rollouts to improve learner experience.

Role involves collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, and training users while leveraging M365 and Power Platform tools. Flexible remote/office setup is available.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in LMS or training support areas.
• Experience working with Cornerstone OnDemand LMS or any other LMS platform.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems like ServiceNow or similar.
• Experience working with M365 and Power Platform tools.

Responsabilités

• System Management: Executes on a plan; schedules and administers learning and development system activities in concert with other stakeholders, using company approved tools.
• Act as point of contact for system usage and conflict resolution.
• Analyzes and evaluates existing systems and procedures; recommending methods of improvement.
• Completes quality control audits and implements any corrective action.
• Communicates and support resolution of any system issues; notifies necessary personnel when system failures are identified.
• Accountable for accuracy of all learning system data entry activities.
• Trains other users as required.
• Identifies continuous improvement opportunities in learning systems.
