Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination, learning operations, or training coordination.
• Ability to manage complex calendars and multiple concurrent programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced English and professional communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience supporting leadership development, training, or project operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics for learning, training, leadership development, credentialing, and special programs.
• Manage complex calendars, cohort schedules, facilitator availability, learner registrations, and events.
• Coordinate multiple programs and activities to ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track.
• Serve as central contact for learners, facilitators, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support learner enrollment, attendance tracking, and completion records.
• Maintain accurate learning program records and materials.
