Job summary

Farmers Insurance seeks a Learning Operations Specialist to manage LMS activities, support Cornerstone OnDemand, and coordinate data governance and user support. You will resolve ticketing issues, implement new functionalities, and help sunset legacy systems.

The role requires 5 years in LMS or training support, familiarity with ServiceNow, M365, and Power Platform. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and a hybrid working model may apply.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in LMS or training support areas
• Experience working with Cornerstone OnDemand LMS or any other LMS platform
• Knowledge of ticketing systems like ServiceNow or similar
• Experience working with M365 and Power Platform tools
• Experience working with any Power Platform tool (Copilot Studio, PowerBI, Power Apps)

Responsibilities

• System Management: schedules and administers learning activities with stakeholders
• Act as point of contact for system usage and conflict resolution
• Analyzes and evaluates existing systems and procedures; suggests improvements
• Performs quality control audits and corrective actions
• Communicates and supports resolution of system issues; notifies stakeholders when failures occur
• Maintains accuracy of learning system data entry
• Trains users as required
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in learning systems
• Execute improvement plans and inform other groups for change planning
• Alert leadership of system issues affecting learners and staff
• Provide data to other groups as needed
• Participate in weekly team meetings; assist department head with expenses
• Perform other duties as assigned
