Job summary

Confie is seeking a proactive LMS Administrator to support and optimize the learning technology ecosystem. This role combines LMS administration, technical troubleshooting, and client support to ensure a seamless learning experience for employees and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be the primary LMS contact, manage tickets, maintain user records and content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in learning operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, education, HR, or related field.
• 2+ years of LMS administration experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and managing tickets via ServiceNow or similar systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience assisting end users with customer support.
• Ability to generate and interpret learning metrics reports.
• Excellent verbal and written English communications.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.
• Experience with learning technologies or learning and development environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the organization's Learning Management System, ensuring platform stability, accuracy, and optimal user experience.
• Manage learner accounts, course assignments, certifications, transcripts, and learning catalogs.
• Receive, prioritize, and resolve LMS-related support requests and technical issues through the ticketing system.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, escalating complex cases to internal or external support teams.
• Monitor LMS integrations and collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure system functionality.
• Provide timely and professional support to learners, managers, instructors, and business partners.
• Generate and analyze learning reports, dashboards, and completion metrics to support business needs.
• Conduct system testing and validation for new LMS features, enhancements, and updates.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Recommend process improvements and technology enhancements to improve efficiency and learner satisfaction.
