Farmers Insurance Careers Mexico is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to manage and support our learning systems, primarily via the LMS, to ensure reliable operation and an improved learner experience.

You'll handle support tickets, data governance, rollout new functionality, and assist with implementation and sunsetting of learning platforms, while collaborating with IT and business partners to drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in LMS or training support areas
• Experience working with Cornerstone OnDemand LMS or any other LMS platform.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems like ServiceNow or similar
• Experience working with M365 and Power Platform tools

Responsabilidades

• System Management: Executes on a plan; schedules and administers learning and development system activities in concert with other stakeholders, using company approved tools.
• Act as point of contact for system usage and conflict resolution.
• Analyzes and evaluates existing systems and procedures; recommending methods of improvement.
• Completes quality control audits and implements any corrective action.
• Communicates and support resolution of any system issues; notifies necessary personnel when system fails are identified.
• Accountable for accuracy of all learning system data entry activities.
• Trains other users as required. Continuous Improvement: Identifies continuous improvement opportunities in learning systems.
• Executes any continuous improvement plans; communicates issues that affect other groups within the University so a comprehensive change plan can be developed.
• Participates in weekly team meetings; assist department head with monitoring and controlling of departmental expenses.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
