Qualifications

• Experience in Learning Analytics, People Analytics, or measurement-intensive roles.
• Designing advanced evaluation studies and ROI analyses.
• Building analytics infrastructure and automated reporting solutions.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for executive dashboards.
