Job summary

FBS, a global player in insurance services, is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and measure learning solutions for University of Farmers. You will own end-to-end learning projects, partnering with leaders, SMEs, and trainers to translate business challenges into effective experiences.

The role requires strong instructional design, visual/digital design capabilities, and a keen understanding of how learning drives business performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, learning experience design, educational content development, or a related field.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable learning solutions across classroom, virtual, and online environments.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience with storyboarding, course development, visual design, and learning content production.
• Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with high quality.
• Analytical mindset connecting learning outcomes to business results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning and performance needs analyses for new and existing programs, identifying capability gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions aligned with business objectives and learner needs.
• Develop training curricula, certificate programs, instructor-led materials, virtual learning, e-learning, job aids, coaching resources, and performance support tools.
• Apply adult learning principles and innovative techniques to create engaging learning experiences.
• Create storyboards, learning journeys, course materials, interactive experiences, and digital learning content.
• Use tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI-powered video tools to develop learning experiences.
• Recommend the most appropriate learning format, technology, and delivery approach based on audience and outcomes.
• Research emerging learning technologies and instructional design practices to improve solutions.
• Collaborate with leaders, SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to design effective solutions.
• Lead consultations and business meetings to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Analyze learner outcomes and business results to identify improvements and modify learning solutions.
• Support trainers with materials, measurement approaches, and evaluation activities.
• Evaluate effectiveness and use findings to improve future programs.
• Establish measurement approaches to track learner success and business impact.
• Collaborate with learning, performance, technology, and business teams to ensure scalable solutions.
• Develop recommendations based on data, learner feedback, and evaluation findings.
