Role requires 5 years in LMS or training support, experience with Cornerstone OnDemand or other LMS, and familiarity with ServiceNow, M365, and Power Platform tools. Travel may be limited; strong collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of LMS or training support experience.
• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand or similar LMS.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Experience with M365 and Power Platform tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage learning system activities and schedules with stakeholders.
• Be the point of contact for system usage and conflict resolution.
• Analyze and improve existing systems and procedures.
• Perform quality control audits and corrective actions.
