Job summary

Langford Staffing is hiring Lead Generation Representatives for a client that operates high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. You will contact company-provided consumer leads using an automatic dialer, ask qualification questions, respond to objections, and connect qualified consumers with a sales representative.

You are not responsible for final sale; you start the conversation, create interest, determine if the consumer meets campaign requirements, and secure agreement to a live transfer.

Qualifications

• Evidence of 3+ years in outbound calling, lead generation or telesales.
• Experience with automatic/predictive dialers preferred.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience hitting call/lead/transfer targets.
• Clear, professional spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound contact with consumer leads.
• Ask qualification questions and respond to objections.
• Transfer qualified prospects to a sales representative.
• Record call outcomes and dispositions in CRM.
