Job summary

Langford Staffing is hiring Lead Generation Representatives for a client running high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. You will contact company-provided consumer leads using an automatic dialer, qualify leads, and connect qualified consumers with a sales representative.

You are not responsible for final sale; you start the conversation, create interest, and secure agreement to a live transfer. Remote, full-time with US Eastern Time hours; strong communication and dialer experience required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, appointment setting, telesales, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience with an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward call, lead, appointment, transfer, or conversion targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to stay composed during rejection and difficult calls.
• Accurate CRM, call-notes, and disposition habits.
• Willingness to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Responsibilities

• Contact consumers through a high-volume automatic dialer.
• Gain attention within the first seconds of the call.
• Explain the purpose of the call clearly and professionally.
• Ask required qualification questions and respond to objections.
• Keep consumers engaged and secure qualified warm or live transfers.
• Introduce consumers to the receiving sales representative.
• Record accurate call outcomes and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts and opt-out procedures.
• Work toward hourly and daily transfer targets.
