Job summary

Langford Staffing is recruiting experienced Call Center Sales Representatives for a client operating high-volume consumer calling campaigns. This remote role requires speaking with consumers via an automatic dialer and securing qualified live transfers during US Eastern Time calling hours.

You will be evaluated on outbound calling performance, objections handling, and the ability to move qualified leads forward to the receiving sales representative.

Qualifications

• At least three years of recent outbound calling or telesales experience.
• Experience using an automatic dialer for high-volume calls.
• Ability to handle objections and move conversations forward.
• Track record of meeting call/transfer/appointment targets.
• Strong spoken English and clear telephone communication.
• Calm, professional demeanor with difficult customers.
• Accurate CRM notes and follow-up records; available for US ET hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Deliver confident call openings and qualify questions.
• Handle objections and keep conversations moving.
• Secure warm or live transfers and introduce to the sales rep.
• Enter accurate notes, outcomes, and dispositions in CRM.
• Respect opt-out requests and campaign requirements.
• Meet hourly and daily performance expectations.
