Job summary

Langford Staffing is recruiting experienced Telesales Representatives for a client that operates high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. You will contact leads using an automatic dialer and aim to generate qualified live transfers rather than finalizing sales.

Three+ years in telesales, ability to meet transfer targets, and strong English communication are required while working full-time during U.S. Eastern Time hours. Dialer tools like Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone are a plus.

Qualifications

Three or more years of telesales or outbound sales experience.
Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication.
Experience meeting call/transfer/appointment/conversion or sales targets.
Clear and professional spoken English.
Ability to stay calm with impatient or upset customers.
Strong listening skills and adaptive responses during calls.
CRM usage and precise note-taking on calls.
Willingness to learn from coaching and apply feedback.

Responsibilities

Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.
Introduce campaigns and qualify leads during conversations.
Encourage qualified consumers to speak with a sales representative for live transfer.
Record accurate notes and dispositions in the CRM.
Follow campaign scripts, rules, and opt-out requirements.
Maintain call quality and work toward performance targets.
Adhere to schedule and reliability expectations.
Comply with campaign requirements and quality standards.
