Langford Staffing is seeking Lead Generation Representatives for a client operating high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. You will contact leads using an automatic dialer, qualify prospects, and secure live transfers to a sales representative. You are not responsible for closing the sale, but you will start conversations and build interest.

Required are 3+ years in outbound calling or related roles, experience with dialers, and strong English communication. This remote role follows U.S.

• Three or more years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, appointment setting, telesales, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience working with an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward call, lead, appointment, transfer, or conversion targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.

About The Position

Langford Staffing is hiring Lead Generation Representatives for a client that operates high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. You will contact company-provided consumer leads using an automatic dialer, ask brief qualification questions, respond to objections, and connect qualified consumers with a sales representative. You are not responsible for completing the final sale. Your responsibility is to start the conversation, create interest, determine whether the consumer meets the campaign requirements, and secure their agreement to a live transfer.

Your Responsibilities

Campaigns may involve health benefits, insurance, telecommunications, or other consumer services.

What You Need

• Three or more years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, appointment setting, telesales, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience working with an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward call, lead, appointment, transfer, or conversion targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• The ability to remain composed during rejection and difficult calls.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to adjust your response to the consumer.
• Accurate CRM, call-note, and disposition habits.
• The ability to apply coaching and improve your performance.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Experience with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode, or similar systems is an asset.

Remote Setup Requirements

You must have:

• A computer with at least 16 GB of RAM.
• Dual monitors, including an external monitor of at least 22 inches.
• A wired USB noise-cancelling headset.
• A webcam.
• A quiet workspace suitable for continuous calls.
• Wired internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Backup internet and power arrangements.
• The ability to work in a dialer, CRM, and campaign system simultaneously.

You do not need to deliver a perfect script on your first day, but you must be coachable, resilient, and capable of applying feedback quickly.
