Job summary

Enroute is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to deliver exceptional technical experiences for enterprise customers. You will join a 3–6 month project with possible extension, coordinating with Product and Engineering to onboard new customers and troubleshoot escalations.

You will lead technical onboarding, provide in-depth support, design solutions, and document processes. Fluency in Portuguese and strong English are required, with Spanish a plus, in a remote LATAM setting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is a must.
• Experience with SQL.
• Familiarity with REST APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent Portuguese (required).
• Advanced English (C1).
• Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex customer issues.
• Design and recommend technical solutions to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve escalations.
• Support customers through technical calls, solution workshops, and implementation planning.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs.
• Monitor support performance and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Build long-term relationships with customer stakeholders and act as a trusted technical advisor.
