Pu Prime Limited. in Mexico is seeking a senior Key Account Manager to grow strategic client relationships across manufacturing and enterprise sectors.

This is a fully remote role built for a sales professional who excels at long-term partnerships and account expansion, with a focus on opportunities originating from or managed within the Saltillo, Coahuila, MX region. You will develop account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with sales, support and product teams to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 6+ years in account management or enterprise sales.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts and growth.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Saltillo, Coahuila region is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients.
• Serve as primary contact, building trusted relationships.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
• Understand client objectives and how our solutions deliver value.
• Conduct business reviews and monitor account health.
• Collaborate with sales, support and product teams for service excellence.
• Negotiate renewals and expansions to maximize value.
• Track risks and drive retention and growth targets.
