Our client is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships in a fully remote role based in Mexico, with emphasis on the Saltillo, Coahuila region. You will lead account plans, deliver value, and collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to drive retention and expansion.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in account management or enterprise sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and experience with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in account management, key account management, or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for a portfolio of key clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned key accounts; build trusted relationships.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Understand client objectives and articulate value of solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction and growth.
