Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in account management or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record growing large, complex accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans for a portfolio of key clients.
• Maintain as primary contact for assigned accounts and build trusted relationships.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead regular business reviews to assess satisfaction and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure client success.
