Computrabajo is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for a fully remote role based in Mexico, with emphasis on Saltillo, Coahuila. You will manage strategic client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate across sales, support, and product teams to deliver measurable value.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in account management or enterprise sales, strong communication skills, and a consultative approach to drive long-term partnerships from anywhere in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in account management or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of growing large, complex accounts and revenue.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software.
• Consultative selling and relationship-building expertise.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and managing remote accounts.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients.
• Serve as main contact, building trusted relationships.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
