Job summary

Onmobile Global Limited is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead relationships with our most valuable clients in the manufacturing and supply chain software space. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere in Mexico, with a focus on strategic account growth and client success in the Saltillo, Coahuila region.

You will develop account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years in account management or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record with large, complex accounts and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for a portfolio of key clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong relationships.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Understand client objectives and articulate how solutions deliver value.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction and identify growth areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product) to ensure exceptional client service.
• Negotiate renewals and expansions to maximize account value.
• Track account health and mitigate risks to achieve retention and growth.
