Job summary

Banorte, a premier provider of supply chain optimization software, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager. This fully remote role in Mexico focuses on managing and expanding strategic accounts, especially in Saltillo, Coahuila, MX.

You will build long-term partnerships and align solutions to client objectives. You will lead account plans, upsell opportunities, and collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to deliver exceptional value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in account management, key account management, or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software.
• Consultative selling and relationship-building expertise.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and account management tools.
• Remote work capability and independent time management.
• Experience with manufacturing clients, especially Saltillo region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients.
• Be primary contact for assigned key accounts, building trusted relationships.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
• Understand client objectives and align solutions to deliver value.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction and growth.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams for client service.
• Negotiate renewals and expansions to maximize account value.
• Track account health and mitigate risks.
• Aim to achieve retention and growth targets.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and competitors.
