Job summary

J.S. Held LLC is seeking an experienced Senior HR Analytics, Compliance & Technology Solutions Lead based in Mexico to advance people analytics, HR compliance, data governance, and HR technology strategy.

You will design scalable solutions across HR systems, data, controls, and processes while partnering with HR Technology, Legal, Compliance, IT, and vendor teams. The ideal candidate blends HR technology fluency with analytical judgment and practical governance experience, able to work across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR operations experience with analytics, compliance, or data governance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (PowerBI).
• Strong HR technology experience including core HRIS like BambooHR.
• Demonstrated ability to define system requirements involving fields, data structures, workflows, integrations, and controls.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong cross‑functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
• Analyze HR data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Partner with HR leaders to define and track KPIs supporting strategic objectives.
• Lead design and validation of HR dashboards and reporting for enterprise deployment.
• Support HR compliance programs and governance across global locations.
• Coordinate HR audits and maintain documentation for internal/external audits.
• Translate designs into functional requirements for HR Technology, IT, and vendors.
