Job summary

GSB, a leading IT company in Latin America, seeks an HRIS Analyst with strong Workday reporting and analytics experience. This remote position requires residency in Mexico and advanced English and Spanish.

You will troubleshoot Workday reports, help govern HR data, and collaborate with stakeholders. Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus; a university or master’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Workday reporting/analytics with a university degree, or 3+ years with a master’s degree
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending Reports
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Workday reporting issues and validate data accuracy
• Strong understanding of HR data structures, processes, and reporting best practices
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Security, and Data Governance
• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel-based reporting)
• Strong problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify gaps, and generate insights
• Excellent communication, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced conversational English and Spanish essential
• Foreigner residing in Mexico must have INE, CURP, NSS and RFC

Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:

HRIS Analyst

• 5+ years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics with a University degree, or 3+ years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics with a master’s degree, preferably within an HR function.

• Hands-on expertise with Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports; Advanced Calculated Fields; Discovery Boards; Storyboards; Worksheets; and Workday Prism Analytics.

• Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot complex Workday reporting issues, validate data accuracy, and recommend scalable technical solutions.

• Strong understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and reporting best practices.

• Solid experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Security, and Data Governance.

• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel-based reporting) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets to validate the data, identify gaps, and generate actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

Location: Mexico -This position is fully remote; however, candidates must be currently residing in Mexico.

Salary: $43,000 MXN gross
