Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist to join its HR Shared Services team in a remote role based in Mexico. This Tier 2 position handles complex HR inquiries, transactions, and escalations, ensuring policy consistency and accurate case resolution.

You will work with Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and COEs, improve processes, and drive data quality and automation while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 3–6 years of HR operations or shared services experience.
• Experience with Oracle, ServiceNow, or Workday is essential.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated Tier 2 HR cases with policy interpretation and cross-functional coordination.
• Execute complex HR transactions in core systems and ensure data integrity.
• Create and analyze reports to support issue resolution and performance metrics.
• Escalate appropriately and coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, Legal and COEs.
• Identify root causes, drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
