Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an HR Data Analyst to support the HR Data Lake and governance within a hybrid work model in Mexico. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT, and data offices to define data requirements and ensure quality across HR data domains.

The role emphasizes data discovery, reporting, and self-service analytics, with opportunities to drive process improvements and HR technology initiatives such as Workday integrations and data workflows.

Formación

• Experience in HR technology, analytics, or enterprise systems.
• Experience with data discovery, mapping, and validation.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
• Knowledge of HR data domains and lifecycle data.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and IT.
• Familiarity with Workday and HR ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Support the HR Data Lake expansion and governance.
• Partner with HR stakeholders and IT to define data needs.
• Analyze data flows and ensure accurate data movement into platforms.
• Support data quality, validation, and issue resolution.
