Job summary

Ziff Davis, Inc. is seeking an HR Data & Compliance Analyst in Mexico to turn raw HR data into audit-ready outputs. You will build dashboards across HCM, payroll, recruiting, and finance, validate outputs, and support regulatory filings and audits for leadership.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, governance, and self-service reporting to HR Partners and GMs. You will partner with HR and finance to maintain data quality, manage access controls, and support pay equity and compliance initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or people data operations.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets with lookups, pivots, and data cleaning.
• Hands-on dashboard experience in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of US employment compliance and statutory reporting.
• Experience with an enterprise HCM and ATS systems with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Build, refresh, and maintain HR dashboards for leaders, connecting HCM, payroll, recruiting, and finance data.
• Validate dashboard outputs against source systems and document metric definitions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly workforce reports: headcount, hires, terminations, attrition, span of control.
• Test and tune AI query tools, log issues, and maintain the metric glossary.
• Fulfill ad hoc data requests and create self-service reports for HR Partners.
• Pull, clean, and validate data for compliance filings and manage the filing calendar.
