Job summary

FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental cases from $3,000+. This 100% remote, full-time contractor role focuses on building trust with patients, guiding longer sales cycles, and converting qualified leads into confirmed bookings.

You will present treatment packages, handle objections, and qualify patients based on intent, finances, and timeline, while maintaining CRM records and supporting the team with targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven experience closing high-value deals ($3,000+).
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline management discipline.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple communication channels.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the entire sales funnel.
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
