FH Collective Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental cases from $3,000 to $25,000+ in a 100% remote, full-time contractor role. You will convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings while navigating longer sales cycles.

Fluent English, strong objection handling, and a track record in long-cycle B2C sales are essential. You’ll use CRM tools, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with team leads to hit targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven track record closing high-value deals ($3,000+).
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline discipline.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
• Comfortable working remotely and across channels.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales funnel.
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
