FH Collective Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental cases ranging from $3,000 to $25,000+ in a 100% remote, full-time contractor role. The position centers on building trust with international patients, guiding long sales cycles, and converting leads into bookings.

You’ll overcome price, travel, and clinic credibility objections while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with Team Leaders to meet targets. Global team, commissions, and progression await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven experience closing high-value / $3,000+ deals.
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline management discipline.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple communication channels.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the entire sales funnel.
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
