You will manage high-ticket cases ranging from $3,000 to $25,000+, build trust with international patients, and guide them through long sales cycles to final bookings.

The role requires 5+ years of sales experience, proven success closing $3,000+ deals, excellent English, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in high-ticket B2C deals.
• Proven ability to close $3,000+ deals.
• Experience with long sales cycles and objection handling.
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline management.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot CRM.
• Comfortable working remotely and across multiple channels.
• Willing to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages and quotes professionally.
• Qualify patients based on intent, finances, and timeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality.
• Contribute to sales targets and performance reviews.
