Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a seasoned Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental cases and convert inbound/outbound leads into bookings. This remote, full-time contractor role emphasizes building trust, handling long sales cycles, and overcoming price/travel objections.

The successful candidate will manage $3,000–$25,000+ cases, qualify patients, present packages, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with Team Leaders to reach targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience
• Proven experience closing high-value / $3,000+ deals
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline management discipline
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings
• Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the entire sales funnel
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
