Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental cases and guide international patients from inquiry to booking. The role is 100% remote, full-time contractor, handling cases from $3,000 to $25,000+ with a focus on trust-building and long sales cycles.

You will present packages, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with leaders to hit targets. Fluent English is required; CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho) is preferred. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience
• Proven experience closing high-value deals ($3,000+)
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline management
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• CRM experience: Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot
• Comfortable working remotely and multi-channel communication
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings
• Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the entire sales funnel
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
