FH Collective Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental cases ranging from $3,000 to $25,000+. The role is 100% remote and operates as a Full-time Contractor serving LATAM, APAC and EU markets.

You will convert inbound and outbound leads into bookings, manage long sales cycles, handle objections about price, travel, and clinic credibility, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with Team Leaders to hit targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven closing of high-value deals (>$3,000).
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation.
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline discipline.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot).
• Comfortable remote work and multi-channel communication.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsabilités

• Convert inbound/outbound leads into bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with consistent follow-ups.
• Handle price/travel/treatment objections.
• Present treatment packages and quotes professionally.
• Qualify patients by intent, finances, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure travel readiness.
