Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental cases ranging from $3,000 to $25,000+. This 100% remote, full-time contractor role targets LATAM, APAC and EU markets, and offers a base salary of USD 800–1,100 per month plus commission and performance bonuses.

You will convert inbound and outbound leads into bookings, handle objections about price, travel, and clinics, and maintain rigorous CRM records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven success closing high-value deals (> $3,000).
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound/outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales funnel.
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
