Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a hands-on marketing generalist to build and run growth programs for a founder-led consumer brand. You’ll own outbound to retailers, email/SMS retention, and AI-driven automation, working directly with the two founders from Austin or remotely with CT overlap.

You will implement search/content, partnerships, and referral programs while maintaining data-driven visibility and clear, concise writing across channels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Claude Code to build something real in use today.
• 3+ years in marketing.
• Experience running cold email outreach with Apollo and sequencing tools.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript, or directing AI to write it.
• Familiarity with connecting tools via APIs.
• Good marketing eye and clear, simple writing.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: find contacts, write emails, track results.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails.
• Own email and SMS, subscription retention, referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools, matching brand look.
• Automate recurring manual tasks so colleagues aren’t doing them by hand.
• Track results from order and subscription data and flag anomalies.
