Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a hands-on Marketing Generalist to own outreach to retailers and partners, craft sequences, and track performance. You’ll work directly with the founders to automate workflows, run email/SMS campaigns, and build AI-driven visuals within brand guidelines.

You’ll bring 3+ years in marketing, experience with cold outreach, and comfort with data. Remote-friendly with 9–5 CT overlap; ownership and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing with hands-on execution across channels.
• Experience running cold email outreach and using a sequencing tool.
• Hands-on ability to build automation and data flows with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners with targeted emails.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, retention, referrals, and search/content efforts.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools aligned to the brand.
• Automate recurring manual tasks and monitor campaign outcomes.
• Track results from internal order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
