Job summary

Atomic Hr in Austin offers a hands-on marketing generalist role focused on building systems for a regulated product, working with founders and cross-functional teams. You’ll lead outreach to retailers, drive email/SMS retention, and craft AI-assisted marketing assets while automating repetitive tasks.

You bring 3+ years of marketing, experience with cold outreach, SQL, and scripting; you’ll work remotely with 9–5 CT overlap and have real ownership over growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing; capability to own outbound and retention programs.
• Hands-on Claude Code or equivalent AI coding tool experience.
• Experience running cold email outreach with sequences.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, data, and analytical thinking.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript; AI-directed coding helpful.
• Familiarity connecting tools via APIs and automations.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: find contacts, write emails, track results.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails.
• Own email and SMS, retention (win-back/ pause offers), referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools using existing brand look.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to improve efficiency.
• Track results from internal order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
