Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience with international shipments in a B2B setting.
• Fluent written English with strong professional email skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and other logistics providers.
• Track shipments from dispatch through final delivery and flag delays or exceptions.
• Keep suppliers, warehouses, drivers, customers, and internal teams updated with clear shipment communications.
• Prepare, review, and validate shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, and customs docs.
• Identify and elevate discrepancies involving weights, quantities, records, or delivery details.
• Coordinate final-mile delivery requirements and help resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
• Receive, review, process, and report on product quality claims and shipment discrepancies.
• Manage inventory transfers and warehouse logistics with accurate movement records.
• Enter customer orders and maintain order information in ERP/Order Management systems.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc logistics, order, claims, and shipment reports.
