Trivium is seeking an Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO in a fully remote role. You will organize the CEO's calendar, triage communications, and remove bottlenecks to free his time for content and high-value sales.

You will own reporting digestion, coordinate cross-team follow-ups, and support sales and content initiatives, while maintaining systems, travel logistics and administrative workflows. This role is a 1099 contractor with US Eastern Time alignment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff to a founder or CEO.
• Proven remote experience managing an executive's day.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
• Able to work US Eastern Time business hours consistently.
• Strong discretion with confidential business and financial information.
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Slack, CRM and AI tools.

Aufgaben

• Own and defend the CEO's calendar and prioritize high-value work.
• Triage inbox and messages, flag items needing CEO input and close loops.
• Drive turnaround on deliverables and approvals to avoid delays.
• Prepare briefing notes for high-value calls and update CRM.
• Maintain social content pipeline and publishing calendar.
• Arrange business travel and manage documentation and expenses.
• Build SOPs, trackers and process documentation; ensure daily AI assistant use.
