Hitachi Energy Mexico is seeking a Sales Specialist in Naucalpan de Juarez, Estado de México, Mexico. The role blends general sales and marketing tasks, including face-to-face and remote selling to new or existing customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in related functions.
• Intermediate English level.
• Knowledge of the energy market is mandatory.
• Knowledge/experience in control and protection solutions for substations (SCADA/telecom).
• Knowledge of high-voltage electrical applications.
• Mining/Oil & Gas market knowledge is desirable.
• Experience in Telecom (Transmission/renewables); EPCs and final accounts desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and suggest products, services, or solutions.
• Plan, develop, and deliver marketing strategy for products/services and brands.
• Provide customer service on product pricing, billing, and delivery issues.
• Coordinate with front-end and sales teams; plan commercial strategies.
• Develop business with EPCs and map opportunities among end-users.
