You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support via email, chat, and social channels while helping to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

The role requires excellent English, strong problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.

Formación

• Proven experience in a customer support or similar role.

Responsabilidades
