You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance across email, chat, and social channels. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and CRM documentation to drive loyalty and service excellence.

Formación

• Proven experience in a customer support role.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
