You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering timely and empathetic assistance across digital channels to drive satisfaction and loyalty. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions in the CRM, with a focus on clear communication in English and customer-first problem solving.

Formación

• Experience in customer support or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks remotely and prioritize.
• Familiarity with helpdesk and CRM tools.
