ChildFund India Group is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting operations for Cancun, Quintana Roo. You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance across email, chat, and social media.

The role requires proven experience in a customer support environment, excellent written and verbal English, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.

• Proven experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with helpdesk software and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate issues to appropriate departments for improvement.
