Ideal candidates have proven customer support experience, excellent English communication, and strong problem-solving abilities in a remote setting.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Fast-paced remote role; ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
