Core Code io is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries across email, chat, and phone; providing accurate product details; resolving issues promptly; and following up to ensure full resolution.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, customer support, call center or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure they are fully resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
