Core Code io is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, helps customers, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.

You will respond to inquiries across email, chat, phone and other channels, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions. This role requires at least 1 year in customer service, strong English, and the ability to work independently from home.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, communication platforms, and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
