Atomic Hr is seeking a Customer Success professional to manage a portfolio of parks, answering questions and guiding operators to use more features. You’ll ensure customers stay supported, grow usage, and renew annually. This role is ideal for those with customer service background looking to move into sales.

You will be the main liaison for active customers, run trainings, and help optimize setups as business needs change, all while maintaining calm during peak periods.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or onboarding.
• Ability to explain software to non-technical users.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong troubleshooting and a calm, solutions-first attitude.
• Organized, process-driven with follow-through across multiple accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of active customers.
• Answer product questions and troubleshoot bookings, rates, payments, and availability.
• Run check-ins and training to drive adoption of features.
• Help operators adjust setup as seasons and inventory change.
• Write clear follow-up notes and keep CRM records up to date.
• Create guides, FAQs, and documentation from recurring questions.
• Identify at-risk accounts and proactively improve satisfaction.
• Share customer feedback to help product and engineering enhancements.
