Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a customer success professional to manage a portfolio of parks and ensure ongoing success with our booking and park-management platform. You will answer questions, troubleshoot bookings and payments, and train operators to adopt more features.

Ideal candidates have SaaS customer-facing experience, strong English communication, and a calm, proactive problem-solving approach to keep customers satisfied and renew year after year.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role in SaaS or similar environments.
• Ability to learn software in depth and explain it to non-technical users.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a calm, solutions-first attitude.
• Tech-savvy, process-oriented mindset for handling multiple accounts.
• Strong organization and follow-through across accounts.
• Patient, supportive approach with customers of varying technical levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of active customers.
• Answer product questions and troubleshoot issues with bookings, rates, payments, and availability.
• Run check-ins and training sessions to help customers adopt unused features.
• Help operators adjust setup as seasons, rates, or site inventory change.
• Remain calm and responsive during peak-season rushes.
• Write follow-up notes and keep CRM records up to date.
• Create guides, FAQs, or simple help documentation from recurring questions.
• Spot at-risk accounts early and proactively work to keep customers happy.
• Share customer feedback to help product and engineering improve the platform.
